When you register for Toolbox Sessions, create an account on toolboxsessions.com, or sign up for our mailing list, we collect and store data you submit to us which may include your First Name, Last Name, Email Address & Mobile Number. We also may collect certain generic information that does not identify you personally when you visit any of our web pages such as the type of browser you are using (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox), the type of operating system you are using (e.g. Windows or Mac), and the domain name of your Internet service provider.
If you upload images to the website with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included, any visitor to the website can download and extract that embedded location data.

Who we share your data with
Your personal information may be shared with our contracted presenters and/or our sponsors who may send to you emails offering products or services which we think you may be interested in. Your information may also be passed through third-party anti-spam detection services. Use of your information will fall under their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. Toolbox Sessions does not sell or share your data to entities outside of these aforementioned entities.
How long we retain your data
Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to ease the process of approving follow-up comments automatically. Data obtained from Toolbox Sessions registrants and account holders is retained indefinitely until a registrant/account holder opts out. When opting out, a registrant may waive their rights to their registration without refund.
Cookies that retain your personal information expire anywhere between immediately and one year of visit to the website.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we have stored on our website about you including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any stored personal data about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
